AteRight is made by Cardrama, LLC. There are no AteRight accounts, so almost everything lives on your own phone and is yours to delete. Here is every place your data can be, and how to remove it.
Your food log, saved foods, recipes, weigh-ins, goals, settings, and saved AI keys are stored only on your device. To delete all of it, uninstall AteRight. To delete it but keep the app installed: Android Settings > Apps > AteRight > Storage > Clear data (on iPhone, delete and reinstall the app). This is immediate and permanent.
Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Google Play (Play Store > profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
If you used Premium, our server keeps a small license record: your license key, whether it is active, your monthly AI usage count, and a reference to your store purchase. It contains no name, email, or food data. To have it deleted, email admin@cardrama.gg with the subject "AteRight data deletion" and include your Google Play or Apple order number (it is in your purchase receipt email), or your license key if you entered one by hand. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
