Report a bug or suggest an improvement

Something broken, confusing, or just not quite right? An idea that would make AteRight better for you? Tell us here. Every report and every idea is read by the team that builds the app.

What you did, what happened, and what you expected. Your phone model and the app version (Settings, at the bottom) help too.
Only if you would like a reply. We use it for nothing else.
Using the app? It is even easier from your phone: Settings, then "Report a bug" or "Suggest an improvement". A bug report from the app can include the troubleshooting log, which shows us exactly what went wrong (never your keys, and not your food diary). Prefer email? Write to admin@cardrama.gg.
Quick fixes

Before you report

The app says "Add a free AI key first"

The free app needs an AI key to understand your food. Settings, then "How to get your free keys" walks you through it in about two minutes. Or choose Premium and skip keys.

The AI gives an error

Settings, AI provider, then "Test key". The test explains what is wrong, and if your provider retired a model it switches you to a current one.

Photos do not work

Tap "Test key" once in Settings so the app can find your provider's photo-capable model. A free Gemini key always works for photos.

A barcode is not found

Not every product is in the free database. Type the food instead, or photograph the Nutrition Facts label with the camera's Label mode.

Reminders never show up

Check that notifications are allowed for AteRight in your phone's settings, then turn the reminder off and on again in Settings, Reminders.

I want my data deleted

Your food diary lives only on your phone; uninstalling removes it. For anything AteRight holds (a Premium license, reports you sent), see delete your data.
